How to Connect Smart Watch with APP for Android and iOS phones?

Notice:

1. Please keep your watch closely with your mobile phone while connecting within 0.5meter. Make sure always turn on “Bluetooth” & “Location”.

2. Enter app to Add device, NOT directly connect watch bluetooth from phone bluetooth setting, if so, the watch cannot connects.

3.After step4 Connect “Smart Watch”, for Android phones, you should set background permission. Go to phone menu–>Apps–>turn on “Allow background activity” “Auto start” etc. or else, the app may stops by Android saving power manager without notify you, and your watch will disconnects.

4.This watch needs connect two Bluetooth. So as to answer or make calls,you should connect “Call Watch” directly from phone bluetooth setting. If not connecting “Call Watch”, your watch could only reject calls, but no green icon to answer calls.

5.If your watch has connected with other phones before and now using a new phone to connect, remember to delete/ignore the bluetooth “Smart Watch” “Call Watch” in the old phone’s bluetooth setting. Or else, your new phone may cannot find the device.

Last, feel free to con-tact us if any question about connection. It’s a pity for you to lose this nice gadget only because of incorrect setting.

Question 1: Why my phone app—add device cannot find Bluetooth “Smart Watch”?

Answer: If the watch has connected with other phone or weak bluetooth signal, this may happen, please turn off your phone and watch, restart again.

Question 2: Why the watch disconnects with app or Bluetooth connection is abnormal?

Answer: Please check the settings

1). Make sure the Lufitcode application is running in the background (go to your phone settings -> Applications -> Find the application “Lufitcode” -> Startup Settings -> Activate “Run in background” or “Auto start”;

or phone settings -> Applications -> Find app “” Lufitcode “” -> Battery -> activate “” Allow background activity “”; Optimize battery usage -> disable the “” Lufitcode “” “app; Battery — Background usage limits — Never sleep apps — turn on “Lufitcode” to white list.

2). Make sure your phone allows the Lufitcode app to send notifications (go to your phone settings -> Applications -> Find the app “Lufitcode” -> Activate “Allow notifications” and “Permissions”)

3). Make sure you have activated “Notifications” in Lufitcode app (go to Lufitcode app -> Device -> Click on “Notifications” -> Turn on all the apps you need.

Notes: If the first connection with APP you forgot to make background setting, please ignore “SmartWatch” and “CallWatch” from Bluetooth settings and power off your phone first, and then reinstall app and set again. If you need faulty new replacement or needs setting guide please let us know.

Question 3: Why the watch only has red button to reject and no green button to answer calls?

Answer: Please kindly noted that your mobile phone needs to connect two Bluetooth “SmartWatch” and “CallWatch”. Since you already received incoming calls notification, it shows you have already well connected “SmartWatch”. Please do simple step as below:

Swipe down watch dial to “Call Pairing”–>Pairing–>go to phone’s menu–>Bluetooth setting–>find “CallWatch” and connected. It will disconnect in seconds, the Bluetooth “CallWatch” is system setting to disconnect so as to save battery power. Donot worry, it will automatically connects when incoming calls is ringing. And you will see a green icon on your watch after vibrating 3-5seconds, then you can answer the call from watch.

Question 4: Why my phone’s Bluetooth connect with “CallWatch”, it disconnects within 2 second?

Answer: This is saving power setting, don’t worry. Since you have connected “Call Watch” before, once you have incoming calls, the Bluetooth “Call Watch” will connect automatically. And your watch will have an answer or reject button, you can speak directly from your watch. Thanks.
